Herbert Moore: It was great. Opened some eyes. I really showed that I can move for my size and bend.
Joe Gaiter: How would you grade your performance at your proday?
Herbert Moore: I would give myself a C+ because I am a hard critic on myself. I always think everything can be ten times better. But I think it went well.
Joe Gaiter: What was your motivation when you hit the field?
Herbert Moore: Seeing all those teams motivated me and seeing my family in full affect really motivated me.
Joe Gaiter: What were some of your numbers?
Herbert Moore: I ran a 5.5. My 10yrd spilt was a 1.8. 3 cone drill and 5,10,5 was also good just don’t remember the times.
Joe Gaiter: Do you feel like you trained well for your proday?
Herbert Moore: Yea I stayed at my school for my training. I knew they would know me better than anyone. It turned out great for me.
Joe Gaiter: What would you have done differently?
Herbert Moore: I don’t regret nothing. I gave it 110%
How does your agent feel about your performance? He felt a did good as well. He also feels there is a lot I could improve on.
Joe Gaiter: Do you have any private workouts/combines or CFL tryouts coming up?
Herbert Moore: As of now. Nothing.
Joe Gaiter: Where are you training?
Herbert Moore: I’m in Memphis now training with some NFL guys.
Joe Gaiter: What has been the biggest lesson you have learned throughout this process?
Herbert Moore: To not make the moment bigger than what it is. Just be you, no matter the situation.
Joe Gaiter: What message do you have for any NFL team reading this article?
Herbert Moore: That no matter what round or free agency, they are going to a solid player for years to come. Not just another player that loves the game but wants to impact the game and the position.
