Moses Mondesir: My whole life I always felt like I had to work harder than everybody else in order to get we’re I need to be. I had my ups and down in this game but I manage to do my best to put me in a good position. It’s a long hard journey but noting is impossible with God in my side.

Moses Mondesir: A lot of teams don’t really do their homework when it comes to recruiting players that’s my take on it.

Moses Mondesir: From what I know Arizona and the Texans.
Joe Gaiter: What is your Football IQ?
Moses Mondesir: I feel like my football IQ is through the roof because I understand the game real well and know how to make real game adjustments if needed. I watch a lot of film.
Joe Gaiter: What is your game plan to get on a team next season?
Moses Mondesir: Just finding better ways to network myself to be honest. That’s the one thing I needed to do a little more. I’m going to keep working hard as always and doing me.
Joe Gaiter: What is your motivation at this point to keep trying to showcase your talent?
Moses Mondesir: My family and my love ones. This game of football it can be a dirty game at times just got to pray for the best and hope God is in your favor.
Joe Gaiter: What lessons are you learning throughout this NFL Draft/NFL Free Agent journey?
Moses Mondesir: That this game is not for everybody. I feel like it’s all who you know now when it comes to finding athletes these days. There are countless of players who should be on a NFL roster but not getting the proper looks.
Joe Gaiter: How has your agent helped you in your journey?
Moses Mondesir: I felt like he did what he could do.
Joe Gaiter: How do you work through depression and frustration during this time?
Moses Mondesir: Stay prayed up and get busy. I’m always working on ways to better myself.

Moses Mondesir: DST West in Houston, Texas.
Joe Gaiter: Why should any team give you a chance?
Moses Mondesir: I’m versatile, I can do a lot for any team. First one in and the last one out type of guy. I take advantage of every opportunity I get and if given one best believe I going to go all in and give it all I got every single day.
