Eddie Willingham: When I think of the word fitness, I think about a combination of things that should be considered as some type of Fitness. I see good health, athleticism, being in good shape, your body being physically fit enough to fulfill a particular role or task.
Joe Gaiter: When did you get started in your fitness journey?
Eddie Willingham: The summer of 2015 is where my vision was created in my sister’s garage at crossroads of not knowing what to do in life. I wanted to play football again and to get back physically fit like I was my last year in college.
Joe Gaiter: What is “IProvid Fitness”?
Eddie Willingham: IProvideFitness is where I display a different variety of drills and workouts off the top of my head using the talents and gifts God gave me. It’s also where every client will leave better than they started.
Joe Gaiter: What does your company specialize in?
Eddie Willingham: IProvideFitness specializes in Sports Performance (all sports) and WeightLoss!
Joe Gaiter: How would you describe your coaching style?
Eddie Willingham: I have a combination of intensity, enthusiasm, passion, mentor ship, collaborating and instructing as my coaching style.
Joe Gaiter: What workouts should athletes heading to the NFL Draft be doing right now?
Eddie Willingham: Athletes should be working on their 40 yd dash, Bench Press, Vertical Jump, Broad Jump, 3 Cone Drill, Shuttle Run, Hand/Eye Coordination ending it off with Position training. Key Note: Public Speaking classes.
Joe Gaiter When you aren’t training people, what are your hobbies?
Eddie Willingham: I am a very laid back guy when I’m not training, I love to read, draw, research, invest, watch ESPN, spend time with my family is also a hobby since I don’t see them much.
Joe Gaiter: What else should people know about you?
Eddie Willingham: I’m a Father, Christian, Husband, Owner, Mentor, Motivational Speaker. I love helping others in every way I can ranging from giving back to giving great advice.
Joe Gaiter: What is next for your company?
Eddie Willingham: Big things are coming for IProvideFitness. New partnerships, sponsorships, facility, apparel, etc… Just excited to see where God places me. It’s his path I’m following.
